Awesome Sleepless Trailer

This rules. In case you are wondering how they changed the lighting, there are filters you can use in FCS that make it look like dark when it's daytime. And for the record, I've never seen it work so convincingly!

That is some impressive use of day for night. I wish the real movie was like that, I might actually like it. Thanks for sharing, Matt!

Great chop up, especially the sound bites chosen.
I've never been a fan of the "night" filters because 99% of the time one can tell that the scene was originally filmed during the daytime (unless serious cash and special effects are shelled out).
This was no exception but one of the better filter uses that I have seen.
While on the topic of faux trailers, I'll throw in my favorite, albeit cheesy, example.

I just watched the "trailer" for Titanic 2: Jack's Back. Even if this was a real movie, I don't think it would do very well.

Neither do I.
But, for some reason, I wouldn't be surprised if it were real.

That's hilarious. I'll have to watch the other trailers.
Wow, this brings back memories. A lot of "Sleepless" was filmed in my neighborhood. The boat scene is at Alki Beach, and I saw it being filmed. I could see Tom Hanks and the little boy in the boat, and I drove by Meg Ryan when she's supposed to be in the rental car watching them.
